Digital Event Passes
Event passes will only be available through iPlex Sports and are digital QR codes. QR Signs are on-site to purchase digital passes.
Pricing
- 4-Day Passes: $50 ($10 savings) before 11:59pm June 13, $60 there after
- Single Day Passes: $20
- Kids 10 & under Free.
- No child, senior, or military discounts.
- Multi-day passes cannot be shared with multiple people.
- No passes required for the June 24th, 6:30 Player Party
Event Pass Information
- Photo Upload Required. We require you to upload a profile photo / or take a selfie as part of your ticket purchase. Tickets without a valid digital image will not be accepted. Tickets are scanned at the entrances to the playing Halls. No picture, no Admittance. An onsite Helpdesk is if assistance is required.
- Passes cannot be shared for multi-day passes.
- Refunds can not be offered on passes that have been scanned.
- Name change, date change, email receipts and to have them re-send QR codes can be done through the online help desk which can be found at the top of the website.
- Rostered players, coaches, and chaperones with AAU numbers do not need to purchase a pass but will receive a QR code to their email that is on the AES roster. Please make sure emails are entered accurately for a smooth process.
Prohibited Items
Chair Policy
- No folding / lawn chairs are allowed into the convention center
- Court areas have chairs and bleachers available for seating throughout the playing areas.
Food & Drink Policy
Food and drink for individual consumption by the athletes are allowed into the playing area of the Convention Center. All other food and drink must be consumed outside the playing halls in designated food gardens. Coolers, cases of drinks, etc. are not permitted. For 2025, the Convention Center will not allow coolers to be kept on Patio 3 on the 3rd Street side of the North Building.
