TEAM CHECK-IN

LOCATIONDrive-Thru Team Check-In is at the Phoenix Convention Center Monroe street pull-n drive outside the North Ballroom. - ADDRESS: 411 E. Monroe St., Phoenix 85004
All teams must check-in during one of the above time periods. If a team does not check in, they will be removed from the tournament. NO Late Team check-in.
Online Team Check-In Booking Instructions: - Click the “Book Now” tab on the homepage
- Select Session #1 (12s & 13s) or Session #2 (14s-18s)
- You can only check-in 12s and 13s teams on June 18. All other teams must be checked inn on June 21 or 22.
- Select the time slot you want for Team Check-In
- When filling in details use the Age Division, Club Name, and Team Name exactly as it appears on your AES Event Roster.
- If checking in multiple teams at once, make sure to list ALL teams and age divisions.
- A confirmation email with your selected time and form details will be sent.
- To change or cancel your reserved time slot, use the CANCEL button on your confirmation email.
- If you cannot make your check-in time reservation, make sure to change or cancel it so it becomes available for other teams, and we can staff appropriately.
REQUIREMENTS- A Club Director or Team Parent can perform Team Check-In for one or more teams as long as they have any required documentation.
- Before check-in, our staff will verify all AES rosters are complete with verified AAU numbers. They will reach out to advise of any missing information.
- Only individuals on the AES Team Roster with verified AAU numbers or have purchased an admission pass will receive credentials for admittance to the playing areas.
- Roster verification and changes will be done on the phone prior to onsite Team Check-In. Any missing rosters after Feb. 5 are subject to a $50 roster change fee.
- Medical Release Forms signed by an adult for all Players.
- AES roster with AAU numbers verified (use AAU Import quick link on AES).
- If AAU numbers are showing a "verified" check mark on AES, you need one of these three forms of verification:
- AAU membership card copy; or
- AAU Club Listing (generated from AAU website Club Director Account); or
- AAU Team roster (generated from AAU website Club Director Account).
AT CHECK-IN- Pull into the Drive Thru lane at your reserved time.
- When greeted by a Festival staff member, provide your Club and Team name(s).
- Staff members will bring your team bags to your car.
- Before leaving, park in an available parallel spot to verify you have the proper number of credentials for both team members and parents.
- NO LATE CHECK-IN is permitted. Team entry credentials are only available at Team Check-in - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Presold Online Event Passes for parents and families are included in their Team's Check-in bag. Clubs and/or Coaches will distribute those credentials to the parents and families.
- If unable to complete the pre-check-in process or have last minute roster changes, please park and a Festival Staff member will have you:
- Verify you have Medical Release Forms signed by an adult for all Players.
- Show a copy of your AES roster with AAU numbers verified, OR one of these three forms of acceptable alternate verification:
- AAU membership card copy; or
- AAU Club Listing (generated from AAU website Club Director Account); or
- AAU Team roster (generated from AAU website Club Director Account).
- You will receive a Team Bag with goodies, Team Credentials and pre-purchased Parent/Spectator Event Pass wrist bands. Please make sure to verify you received the correct number of credentials and wrist bands before leaving.
- Only individuals on the AES Team Roster with verified AAU numbers or have purchased an admission pass will receive credentials for admittance to the playing areas.
